For Imparting training to students of ICSI, who has cleared their Executive Programme and has secured good marks having basic understanding of Corporate Law are welcome in our team as a Intern for 15 months/3 Months training and therefore, we have been registered with the ICSI for imparting training for the above purpose.
We believe in improving abilities of each individual by encouraging them to put in their best efforts for each assigned tasks and to work as a team. Each member of our team gives personal attention to the trainee. We also ensure that you have a professional as well as personal balance in a friendly work environment. We always try to achieve Synergy effects in every tasks which is only possible with proper co-ordination & team efforts.
Our Training Programme aims to provide our trainees a glimpse into our daily routine, in a learning environment. At Tapan Shah, Company Secretaries, we encourage trainees to participate in building our Knowledge management System based on the transactions undertaken. We expect the trainees to have good communication skills and zeal towards learning a new task.
Trainees in our Company are encouraged to strengthen their fundamentals of legal knowledge by reading various law journals, legal articles, tracking legal updates and making legal research by utilizing Library facilities in our office due to availability of ocean of books, journals, articles and various business magazines.
