Tapan Shah, aged 46 years is a Commerce graduate; a Diploma holder in Financial Management from IGNOU. He is a qualified Company Secretary and became Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in the year 2003.
He is also a certified NCFM – NSDL Depository Operation trainer. He has expert knowledge in Depository Audit and has been providing consultancy services and carrying out DP Audit (internal as well as Concurrent) since 1999. He has more than one decade of rich experience in corporate legal advisory services encompassing diverse corporate law and Due Diligence. Before forming this organization, he had served one of the leading Listed Non Banking Finance Company, as a Company Secretary.
He is also senior founder partner of the M/s Shah and Shah Associates, a firm recognized for providing DP audit and Brokers Trading audit to various clients, since more than one decade.
He has team of Senior Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Lawyers and other technologist, who are specialized in their respective practice area, with rich and wide experience.
He has participated and contributed in various professional development seminars and was regular invited faculty for SMTP (now MSOP) to make the students of Company Secretary who has just cleared Company Secretaryship course, well equipped with issues, challenges & practical aspects of the profession in the future.
He has highly professional team with dedicated Company secretaries and trainees, who are constantly upgrading their skill and knowledge to meet any requirement of the client.
